8. Limitation of Liability

MindFusion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also terminate your use of the Service at any time by disconnecting your TikTok account.
